In this release, Limnos Express uses only first-party cookies needed to run secure features you request. It does not use advertising, behavioural-tracking, or optional analytics cookies.

Cookies we use

Session and workspace

limniexpress.session_token: Recognises your secure session. Up to 12 hours.
limniexpress_role: Returns you to the correct hotel or operations workspace. Up to 12 hours.

Two-step verification

limniexpress.two_factor: Keeps the temporary step between your password and verification code. Up to 10 minutes.
limniexpress_mfa_enrollment: Keeps temporary setup information until two-step verification is complete. Up to 10 minutes.

Invitation and sign-in route

limniexpress_invitation: Links a single-use invitation code to the correct membership. Up to 15 minutes.
limniexpress_sign_in_context: Returns you to the hotel portal or operations centre sign-in. Up to 10 minutes.

Ferry checkout

limniexpress_ferry_checkout: Links your selected ferry checkout draft, passenger details, and held place to this browser. Up to 30 minutes while drafting; up to 10 minutes after the place is held.

Booking access

limniexpress_booking_access: Keeps access to one verified booking. Up to 30 minutes.

Payment return

limniexpress_payment_correlation: Matches the fixed provider return to the pending payment in this browser. Until the held-place deadline, up to 10 minutes.

All these cookies belong to the Limnos Express domain, are not used for advertising profiles, and are sent over a secure connection in production. The session and two-step verification cookie names may appear with a __Secure- prefix in production.

If you remove cookies

Public pages remain available. If you remove the relevant cookie during sign-in, invitation, or verification, you will need to restart that secure step. Signing out ends the session and verification cookies.

Scope of this page

This technical inventory does not replace the privacy notice awaiting approval. If an optional cookie is added, it will be off by default and a separate choice will be offered before it runs.
