Cancellation and change terms
The rules for cancellation, date changes, and unused tickets on ferry bookings.
Cancellation and refunds
Ferry tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded at the passenger's request. A ticket is issued for the selected sailing, date, and passenger.
Date changes
Date changes are free at least 48 hours before departure, provided the new sailing has space. No date change is possible within the final 48 hours.
If the new sailing costs more, the difference is charged. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded.
Passenger detail changes
Corrections to a name, surname, or identity or passport detail are assessed under the carrier's rules. The passenger is responsible for missing or incorrect passenger details.
Unused tickets
A ticket counts as used if the passenger does not travel, arrives late, or lacks the required documents, and its price is not refunded.
Cancelled sailings
If a sailing is cancelled by weather, technical reasons, or a port decision, we offer the nearest alternative sailing or the full ticket price.
Our liability is limited to the ticket price; indirect costs such as accommodation, transport, and visas are outside its scope.
Carrier rules
Ferry tickets are subject to the carrier's operating rules. The route, time, and vessel can change; we report changes as soon as possible.
